I installed Vista over w2k in C:, also have XP installed on another drive D:, XP does not appear in teh boot menu, How do I get it into the Boot menu?

I installed Vista over w2k in C:, also have XP installed on another drive D:, XP does not appear in teh boot menu, How do I get it into the Boot menu?
On my machine, it has an option "Earlier versions of Windows". If I select that it shows the old bootloader.
